The radiation oncology program at City of Hope | Antelope Valley has earned APEx accreditation, the highest level of certification offered by the American Society for Radiation Oncology (ASTRO).

City of Hope is dedicated to creating a positive and healing environment in our spacious chemotherapy and infusion area. Features such as private TV sets with cone speakers, large and relaxing chairs, warm blankets, a break room stocked with healthy snacks and free guest Wi-Fi all contribute to making our patients’ time here for treatment as comfortable as possible.

 

Express Check-In Kiosk

After your first visit, you can access our self-check-in kiosk and be able to:

  • Check in for your appointments and print your itinerary
  • Make a payment online with Visa, MasterCard or Discover (debit/credit)
  • Sign up for the MyCityofHope patient portal

Please note, the kiosk service is not available if you are visiting for the first time, your name and insurance has changed since your last visit, or if you will be making your co-payment with cash, check or debit card.

Is My Insurance Accepted?

View a list of insurance companies that City of Hope currently contracts with for its locations and physicians. Even if your plan is included, check with your insurance company to make sure you are covered. Your insurance company/medical group will tell you if you need any authorizations.

If you wish to receive treatment at City of Hope, but we're not currently contracted with your insurance plan, contact your insurance company and ask about obtaining authorization to receive treatment here.
