Caitlin L. Gomez, M.D.

With a degree in electrical engineering to accompany her M.D., Dr. Gomez brings a unique perspective to her work as a City of Hope radiation oncologist. She is well-versed in many forms of radiation therapy including image-guided radiation therapy, intensity modulated radiation therapy, stereotactic radiosurgery and stereotactic body radiation therapy.
Dr. Gomez earned her medical degree at University of California Los Angeles and continued her training there, rising to chief resident in the Department of Radiation Oncology. During that time she led projects to improve patient care and communications through the use of electronic medical records.
