We are a new medical facility in Irvine's Great Park with new roads.  We recommend using Google Maps for navigation to our location. 
NOTE: Other mapping apps are NOT up to date.

Enter the City of Hope Orange County Lennar Foundation Cancer Center from Barranca Parkway at Launch.  Turn left onto FivePoint and follow the signs to the valet parking or self-park in the structure.

Parking

Complimentary Self-Parking

The center’s parking structure can be accessed by turning onto Launch Road from Barranca Parkway, then turning left onto FivePoint street. Self-parking is available in the structure on your left. The upper level of the parking structure is designated for patients and visitors, along with unrestricted parking within the structure. EV parking is available in the structure on a first come, first serve basis. The parking structure is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. 

Valet Parking

For valet parking, continue to drive toward the main entrance of the building. A valet parking attendant will meet you at your vehicle underneath the covered entrance. It is a standard rate of $4 and $2 for those with an accessible placard.

Pre-Appointment Checklist

Please review our visitor and COVID-19 (coronavirus) policies:  

To help ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff during this time, City of Hope has the following policy for outpatient visitors/caregivers: ​​​​

  • For all outpatient appointments (at the City of Hope Orange County Lennar Foundation Cancer Center or any of our clinical network sites in OC), patients may have one visitor/caregiver per patient visit. The visitor does not need to be pre-identified prior to the visit.  

  • For pediatric patients under 18, both parents will be allowed for outpatient visits. 

  • For goals of care discussions, up to three visitors will be permitted for a single visit.  

    City of Hope is committed to preventing the spread of COVID-19 – for everyone’s health and safety: 

  • Return home if you have been exposed to COVID-19 or have symptoms. 

  • Masks are required at all times. 

  • Respect social distancing. 

  • Sanitize hands often.

  •  Please complete the “e-check in” questionnaire available at MyCityofHope.org before your appointment. This questionnaire will be available 7 days prior to your appointment. If you are unable to complete it before your appointment, you will be asked to do this prior to your appointment which could result in a delayed visit. 

Please bring the following items with you to your appointment: 

  • A valid ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.):  For patient safety, you will not be seen by the physician without proper identification  

  • Your current medications in their original containers, or a current list 

  • Any imaging CDs. Please be advised: If you have been instructed to bring imaging CDs or films with you for your appointment, the imaging is required for your consultation, and failure to bring the imaging may result in the rescheduling of your appointment 

Please try to arrive 15-20 minutes before your appointment to allow check-in and document signing before your appointment.
